Because we rent our recording spaces on an as-needed basis, all sales are final. We don't offer refunds for missed or cancelled appointments.

If you're more than 15 minutes late, we'll have to consider it a missed appointment.

Yes, you can bring up to 2 guests who aren't part of the interview. This does not apply to multiple members in a band or group that are also being interviewed.

We'll post your interview and deliver all of your clips within 7 days of filming, or your money back.

We don't set a limit. We'll pull as many standout moments as we can. You can expect at least 5 short vertical clips and 1 longer horizontal clip for YouTube. Our goal is quality and quantity.
